At Café Gelatohhh, we not only value the importance of great flavor, we also value the methods and ingredients initially used to create our products. By embracing a "back to the basics" concept, we are benefiting our bodies and our planet, and making a tastier product than anyone else out there.
We use organic milk that is non-homogenized and low-temperature pasteurized; essentially milk that has undergone as little change and processing as possible, so it has more flavor and an honest fat profile with a real milk taste no longer readily available in this age of industrial food. We use organic Florida carbon-neutral cane sugar — any carbon footprint produced by the rendering of this sugar has been made neutral through the cutting of any greenhouse-gas producing measures.
We also use organic fruit for our sorbettos, and we do not use anything produced with genetically modified organisms (GMOs), EVER.
We source our ingredients locally whenever possible, and sustainability is important to us. We believe in strong partnerships with like minded businesses, purveyors and groups. The main idea here is that food made with real ingredients tastes better!
